Tell us about your background and reasons for choosing the course
I’ve been cooking for 12 years in pubs and hotels as a sous chef. I also worked on a cruise ship. I’ve got a culinary diploma but felt it was time to update my skills and gain a new qualification.
What were your reasons for choosing White Pepper?
The course syllabus really appealed. Indian, gluten free, pastry and meat were the key areas I wanted to improve, but also just to generally refresh all my skills.
What skills do you feel have developed?
All of the above an much more!
What have you enjoyed most about the course?
I really liked the place, the people and the skills I learnt. The teaching was also excellent.
