Tell us about your background and reasons for choosing the course
I have a varied background across different industries, and felt it was time to do something new. I have always loved cooking but want to take it seriously now. I want to buy a hotel on the Isle of Wight, so the course is perfect for preparing me.
What were your reasons for choosing White Pepper?
The website spoke volumes, it was high quality, professional and not stuffy at all. I spoke to Danielle and she was very friendly, so I decided to book.
What skills do you feel have developed?
I’ve learnt much more about the practical and scientific side of cooking.
What have you enjoyed most about the course?
Definitely being amongst like-minded people, and the hands-on approach to learning new skills.
