Tell us about your background and reasons for choosing the course
I don’t have any professional qualifications but have worked for 21 years in an Italian restaurant. The business closed and it felt like a good time to update my skills and get a good chef job.
What were your reasons for choosing White Pepper?
I wanted to study outside of London. The website looked exciting and informative, especially hearing the student stories. It was more relaxed than other cookery schools and the price was good.
What skills do you feel have developed?
I’ve honed my skills in certain areas and generally brushed up my culinary skills to a higher level.
What have you enjoyed most about the course?
Learning so many skills in so little time. I’m excited about new potential job opportunities!
