Excellent quality, hand-forged 15cm square ended knife, flat along the whole blade so great for mincing and fine chopping.

A perfect fusion of East-meets-West.  Stylishly crafted with extra detail to each side of the blade, known as a nashi (Japanese Pear) finish.  Stainless steel wrapped around razor sharp Blue Carbon blades (Aogami #2) and tactile Bubinga (African hardwood) handles.  Shipped directly from Japan.
