The evening starts with light refreshments and a cookery demonstration from chef tutor Teruko, showing you how to make Thai Yellow Curry Paste from scratch and how to cook perfect Jasmine Rice. You will then make the paste and rice yourself at your own workstation.
The group will then come back together for a second demonstration of the Thai Fish Cakes before making it yourself. Teruko will be on hand to answer any questions you have and provide expert tuition to help you learn the best techniques. The evening finishes with a meal of the dishes you have cooked and all of the recipes can be taken home for you to try on your own.
