This new evening class starts with our expert gluten free baking tutor, Charlotte, showing you how to make three different recipes from scratch. The recipes are diverse, offering a mixture of baked goods other than just cakes. You’ll learn how to master the art of macarons, cookies and rye bread. They are designed to be easy to recreate at home and you will also learn new skills and top tips for successful gluten free baking.
The course is very much centered around the skills and techniques aswell as learning how gluten free flours work. You’ll learn how to adapt recipes to turn them into gluten free treats.
After Charlotte has demonstrated how to make the recipes you will start cooking yourself. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you need. Ingredients are provided (already weighed up) and there’s no washing-up to do either. Whether you’re new to gluten-free, extending your knowledge or buying the course as a gift, Charlotte is a fountain of gluten free knowledge and will be on hand all evening to answer your questions.
The course is suitable for people who have a basic level of baking skills. Don’t be scared by the recipes or skills, as the learning atmosphere is very relaxed, allowing you to learn new skills with expert tuition along the way. All you need is an enthusiasm to bake!
Drinks and home-made biscuits are provided at the start of the evening, and all of the recipes are provided for you to take home.

This course is suitable for anyone who has a basic level of baking skills i.e. you can bake a cake. If you are a complete beginner we would be happy to have you on the course, just let us know first so that we know we can give you the support you need.
