Perhaps you’ve been baking gluten free for a while but need new inspiration and want to try more advanced recipes and techniques? This is the course for you. Extend your gluten free baking repertoire with this inspirational course which has been launched due to popular demand. Charlotte will teach you how to make gluten free yeasted bread, shortcrust pastry and choux pastry.
The recipes are easy to recreate at home and you will also learn new skills and overall top tips for advanced gluten free baking. The course is very much centered around the skills and techniques aswell as learning how gluten free flours work.
After Charlotte has demonstrated how to make the recipes you will start cooking yourself. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you need. Ingredients are provided (already weighed up) and there’s no washing-up to do either. Charlotte is a fountain of gluten free knowledge and will be on hand all evening to answer your questions.
The course is suitable for people who are ready for an advanced course in gluten free baking. Perhaps you have been on the Gluten Free Baking course or maybe you already bake at home and want to move to the next level. Don’t be scared by the recipes or skills, as the learning atmosphere is very relaxed, allowing you to learn new skills with expert tuition along the way.
Drinks and home-made biscuits are provided at the start of the evening, and all of the recipes are provided for you to take home.
