A 1 week full time foundation course.  Developed for those who require an independent short skills course or as a top-up to The Digital Chef ™ to convert the Level 2 Award in Cookery Skills.

  • CTH Level 2 Award in Cookery Skills (in conjunction with The Digital Chef)
