Food Business Start-up has been created by WhitePepper’s Academy to guide and develop potential business owners, over 5 days, who are serious about starting an enterprise and who have intelligently identified the value of receiving sound practical business advise prior to fully establishing a business plan and the launch of their exciting business.

In collaboration with our experienced business tutor our programme provides an essential insight and covers the following key chapters:

  • Forming a business plan
  • Marketing & selling strategies
  • Competitor analysis
  • Business models & legal requirements

The added value available during the course is in comparing these principles against your own business idea(s) but also to the real-life case studies provided and to the active businesses of the guest speakers.

During the course the group will help to flush out potential mistakes and crystallise your business idea. After the course graduates are added to a closed group for alumni to enable a similar function.

How to Apply

This qualification runs throughout the year but class sizes are deliberately kept small, so please be vigilant to secure your place well in advance of the course start date. Courses are advertised up to 12 months in advance.
