This ensures their specialist butchers, Rob and Ben, are able to produce some of the best products you can find. They skillfully and carefully cure and age the meat in-house to improve the texture and flavour.

The company has come a long way since its humble beginnings and has always been a family run business, established in January, 1961 by Mr. Clifford Samways from a small wooden barrow, selling his catch on the harbour side.
Woolsery Cheese is a small family-run goat and cow cheese manufacturer. At Woolsery all cheese is handmade using traditional methods and the finest fresh milk to produce a range of cheeses from soft through to hard cheeses, in either goats milk or cows milk.
Woolsery Cheese believe in everything being as natural as possible with no artificial additives or ingredients, just natural milk. The milk is handled with great care as is the cheesemaking process so as to produce premium quality consistent cheeses.

Influenced by his time in Japan and his creative background, Jake Hobson set up Niwaki to offers specialist kitchen knives, pruning and woodworking tools from Japan. Almost everything in the range is stuff he uses himself, and has been sourced from his time spent in Japan. His carbon steel kitchen knives can be found in our cook shop.
