We are a springboard to develop future culinary talent with our blended training formats of in-person qualifications and online in-house accreditation. The Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality’s Academic Council have awarded WhitePepper Chef Academy with “Gold Centre Status”, recognising the highest standard of culinary qualifications which in turn are regulated by the UK Government regulator, Ofqual.
