Popular choices include 3 hour evening and 1 day courses available throughout the year with approximately 30 titles. Other favourites include a Foundation in Food (5 days), Patisserie Masterclass (5 days), various Specialist Courses (Food Photography, Foraging, Provenance Tours (Food Safari), Wine & Spirit and Business Start Up) and a 3 week full time Culinary Certificate.

The idea being that learners can choose exactly what is relevant to them and quickly build up a repertoire of cookery skills in a fun and sociable learning environment.
