According to recent research, over half of UK workers are looking for a career change, rising to 72% for those aged 25-34.  Here we share the stories of Cindy and Tina who wanted to do just that, and re-trained to increase their skillset, experience and confidence in the kitchen before embarking on a new career route.

Cindy’s Story


Cindy decided it was time to change career after she was made redundant. She wanted to pursue her lifelong ambition to work in the food industry with the aim of setting up a food enterprise. She is a graduate from the 3 week Certificate in Culinary Skills course. Read more about Cindy’s story.
