Are you looking to re-train and launch a career in food? In November and January we’re holding Open Days for all aspiring chefs and food entrepreneurs who are looking for an intensive, professional and accredited culinary qualification.
It’s a great chance to see one of our recreational courses in action, get a feel for the teaching style, meet the tutors, see the facilities and speak to the team about the 3 and 4 week courses. Designed for people of all ages and backgrounds who are inspired by food and want to make a career out of it, our Chef Academy courses provide the skills and experience required to make the next step.
The courses are 3 or 4 weeks long, from 9.30 – 4.30pm. The next courses are running in February, July and September 2016. To find out more about these courses, why not join us at one of the Open Days?
