What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your course, that’s 09:10-09:15, for a 09:30 start.
What should I wear?
It is crucial that soft shoes with a grip are worn, or you risk not being allowed into the Training Kitchen. Shoes with heals or office shoes are prohibited in the kitchen. Something like a trainer, plimsole or Croc is ideal. Comfortable clothing is best and aprons are provided. We ask that long hair is tied back.
What do I need to bring?
You need bring nothing at all as the course is all-inclusive. Please refer to your Course Details page for further information.
Where can I park?
To find the Main Carpark, take the 1st right in front the farm buildings (marked by a red gate) and follow the track to the rear. Once parked there is a passage way that connects the carpark to the courtyard.
Overflow parking during the dry summer months can be found in the field opposite the courtyard (to the left).
Short-term parking is in the Courtyard where the entrance to WhitePepper can also be found.
When attending an evening course please park in the courtyard.

It may be possible to modify the course and ingredients to accommodate dietary requirements but please contact the office, or better still put your request in writing, addressed to [email protected]
There is no guarantee that moderations can be made to course programmes. Approval will be granted on an individual basis.
