  • Balancing flavours

  • Cucumber Salad with Peanuts & Chillies
  • Salt, Pepper & Chilli Smoked Tofu
  • Thai Dipping Sauce
  • Pork & Sesame Toasts
  • Thai Red Beef Curry
  • Cinnamon Ice Cream with Pistachios & Lychees

Our hands-on cookery courses generally include a cookery demonstration, a recipe pack, refreshments and/or a light meal. There are often goodies to be taken home too. We welcome those of all abilities.

We work towards an 75% practical input on behalf of the student, making ‘learning through doing’ very effective.
