Cooking with passion! Italian inspired recipes and techniques, covering both savoury and sweet dishes.

This course includes the making of fresh pasta dough and the art of shaping and cutting pasta to make some classic dishes. This course includes the cooking of savoury sauces and baking Biscotti biscuits.

Skills Covered:

  • Making and working with fresh pasta
  • Authentic sauces
  • Italian biscuits

Typical recipes covered:

  • Farfalle with Wild Mushrooms and Mascarpone
  • Spinach Tortelloni with Roast Tomato Sauce
  • Pappardelle with Prawn Shell Cream Sauce
  • Saffron Biscotti biscuits

Our hands-on cookery courses generally include a cookery demonstration, a recipe pack, refreshments and/or a light meal. There are often goodies to be taken home too. We welcome those of all abilities.

We work towards an 85% practical input on behalf of the student, making ‘learning through doing’ very effective.
