We understand that paying for a course can be expensive if you are funding it yourself. To register for a course we ask that you pay a deposit of 15% and the full balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the course is due to start.

Help with funding

If you require assistance with funding for the Certificate in Culinary Skills, we can offer a number of options for paying in installments. Please contact us on 01202 280050 to discuss your requirements.

Government-funded loans

If you need help with funding, you can apply for a Professional & Career Development Loan. It is a Government funded loan and you can borrow between £300 and £10,000. The Government will pay the interest whilst you are studying and for one month after you finish. The loan can be used to contribute to course fees, travel and living expenses. Help from the National Careers Service

The National Careers Service can also help with funding options. They have different routes available depending on your individual situation, including bursaries, loans and grants. To find out more about the types of funding available to you contact the National Careers Service.
