Enterprise and Skills invited White Pepper Cookery School and Dorset Charcuterie Company to Queen Elizabeth School recently to inspire and motivate approximately 240 students about the worlds of business.
Over two days we saw approximately 24 groups of 10 students and were able to engage with them through various hands on activities including making, baking, piping, glazing and presenting canapes and also skinning, jointing and cooking rabbits.
Delighted to announce that Harriet Russell was the winner of our Summer Demonstration prize draw.
We are offering an interactive cookery demonstration each season at White Pepper Cookery School. In this 3 hour session we spoil you with refreshments and numerous canapes and tastings. There is also FREE food raffle and a recipe pack to take home.
Tickets are priced as below and will automatically enter you into the food raffle, whereby you can win a dish of the day.
