Whether it be canapes for 300 in Monte Carlo, supper after the Cannes film festival, transatlantic, or a week at sea in the Caribbean, Luke is resourceful always producing excellent food with flair and ability. Owner yacht Moonmaiden II

He is really good at talking to kids my age. I also like his cookery school because of the way he taught me. It wasn’t just like you watch him and you don’t cook. He showed me a bit of how to do it and then let me do it on my own. I also liked the little pointers that he told to me that I would never have known about. Kieran Westlake

We used White Pepper in October 2010 for a select dinner party of some 16 guests. Our total experience with the entire service of White Pepper was outstanding. The food was sublime – 5 Star and highest quality AA Rosette….. in our opinion on par with that of the Chewton Glen, Summer Lodge Hotel and the Lime Wood Hotel where we have eaten on a regular basis over the years. We would recommend the service and food skills of White Pepper without any hesitation. They performed at every level to the highest degree. Mark & Kate Coleman
The evening was a great success and I couldn’t have asked for a better team building where everyone could participate whether they had cooking abilities or not. I would encourage anyone thinking of trying something different as a team or company to get involved with Luke and his team at White Pepper Cookery School. Dorset Squared

I took part in the Uni Kitchen cookery course at White Pepper Cookery School to learn some key skills and about meals I could cook at University. The teaching was clear, friendly and supportive and well planned using all fresh ingredients. After the lesson we had lunch, a reward for a morning of excellent teaching and cooking! The class provided frozen meals for University and the knowledge and recipes supplied will hopefully enable me to cook many more! Ed Lush Uni Kitchen Student
I wanted to thank you for helping me to get on to the cake decorating course at Brooklands College. As a result of your help this year I got a bronze award at Salon Culinaire for a wedding cake that I entered, as well as other competitions. I also have a job doing cake decorating now. I just wanted to share this with you, as I feel if it wasn’t for your encouragement with an entry folder I would never have started the course.
