You can expect to sharpen up on your filleting skills for sure, as well as carry out practical preparation of whole fish throughout the day. Students get ready for some truly inspirational recipes that you will fall for hook, line and sinker!
We will discuss the benefits of buying fresh and whole and avoiding supermarket prepacks. Tips that will ensure you save money, tick the ethical box and massively reduce waste, whilst also adding the wow factor to your new recipes at home!
Although we take care of all the weighing up and washing up for you, please come ready to get involved as you will be handling whole Cuttlefish… these can get messy!
You will dismantle and remove their ink sacks and quills resulting in a stunning pure white flesh, ready to transform into your lunch of Sauteed Cuttlefish with linguine basil and pine kernels.
There is no requirement to join Beside The Sea first as these are two stand alone courses.
