Preface: Launched in the midst of the recession back in 2010 from two old horticultural buildings. Previously used a bakery this Dorset food business has not been limited by it’s humble beginnings and has quickly positioned itself as a leading culinary academy with a truly international appeal.

Named people’s choice ‘Best Small Cookery School’ in 2015. Incorporated into the ‘UK’s Top 30 Schools’ by The Independent Cookery School Association in 2016, and with a newly appointed Michelin Star Chef Director in 2017. WhitePepper continues to go from strength to strength and to satisfy an enduring appetite for culinary skills from both aspiring professionals and enthusiasts alike.

As well as WhitePepper’s commitment to providing confidence through inspirational cookery experiences for a recreational market they’ve taken their responsibility to a unique level by providing a 3 year career support service, swiftly placing alumni into credible jobs and careers after graduation on the professional courses.
