The food festival season is in full swing this summer and if you were at The Great Dorset Chilli Festival in Wimborne or the Dorset Food & Arts Festival in Poundbury you might have spotted the White Pepper team doing a cookery demonstration.
At The Great Dorset Chilli Festival this year Chef Director Luke made chocolate macarons with a chocolate chilli ganache and Chef Teruko made chilli miso paste with noodles. Both recipes went down very well!
At the Dorset Food & Arts Festival chef Luke made macarons with a lemon filling and lemon sherbet topping. The macarons are certainly proving to be very popular. Have you got a favourite flavour? Tell us in the comments below…
