One place on our Intermediate Cook One Day course on Thursday 9th July at the award-winning White Pepper Cookery School in Dorset.

This course is designed for the enthusiastic cook who wants to take on a day of intensive cooking to learn new skills and build even more confidence in the kitchen.

This course is suitable for the enthusiast.

This one day course includes refreshments, short cookery demonstrations, a light meal, take-home recipes and expert tuition and advice. The course is 75% practical hands-on cookery.
