Even if you are not a Hotel du Vin you can still join us in the beautiful Dorset countryside to discover edible wild foods, but bring your wellies and a basket!
We aim to identify and harvest a broad range of species before heading back to the school for a cookery master class. We will even send you home with a jar of dried Dorset mushrooms.
